You are cordially invited to attend Dahlgren Heritage Museum’s World War I Era Tractor Gun Model Display Unveiling on Wed., Feb. 1 from 6 – 7:30 p.m. at the museum, 3540 James Madison Parkway, King George, VA 22485. This event is free for museum members and a limited number of tickets will be available for $10 for all other attendees, with all proceeds to benefit the museum.
The model was handcrafted by museum member Tim Carsola and is a replica of the first gun fired on the Dahlgren Navy test range in 1918. Come and meet Mr. Carsola and learn more about how he created the model and how the gun was used by the Navy. Enjoy light refreshments and learn more about our museum displays.
